Jaguar - closer than ever thought possible!

The purpose of filming the Jaguar habituation project was to document this innovative concept in order to promote the idea throughout Brazil (and the rest of the world). Unlike many businesses, where secrets are kept under lock and key, the intention of this project has always been to inspire other landowners, investors and entrepreneurs to emulate this model in other regions to further develop ecotourism and thereby aid conservation.

The documentary gives a fascinating insight into how the Jaguars were located, observed, recorded and ultimately habituated; it also captures footage of wild Jaguars hunting, feeding, raising their youngsters and more.

Furthermore, the documentary captures the first contact and approaches of wildlife enthusiasts in safari vehicles, thus beginning the process of adding financial value to the wildlife of the Pantanal.
